Concentrated blackcurrant and cassis with dark plum, cedar, mocha and dried herb notes; plush mid‑palate, fine‑grained yet powerful tannins, lively acidity and a long graphite‑tinged finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef, Sichuan beef or hoisin‑glazed pork.


Production Method

Estate fruit from terra‑rossa sites; small‑batch selection, matured ~16 months in French oak (≈31% new), bottled under screwcap; produced only in top vintages.
