Tasting Note
Perfumed mint, blackberry, blackcurrant and plum with cedar, dark chocolate and subtle tobacco. Medium–full-bodied, plush fruit balanced by structured, fine tannins; long, flowing finish with savoury spice and mineral notes.

Food Pairing
Western: slow‑cooked beef, roast lamb, chargrilled ribeye, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ, Szechuan braised beef, char siu, beef rendang, Indian lamb curry, hoisin duck.

Production Method
Varieties fermented separately (parcel-by-parcel, wild yeast), matured ~21 months in French, American and Hungarian oak (c.28–33% new), then blended and bottled unfined.
