Bright wild strawberry and redcurrant, floral lift (peony/rose), white‑pepper spice, savory earth and mineral backnote, silky texture with fresh acidity and whole‑cluster lift.

Production Method

Biodynamic/organic viticulture; ~30‑day skin maceration, frequent use of whole‑cluster fermentation, aged in older used oak and vats to preserve freshness; minimal sulfur addition.
