Tasting Note
Concentrated Malbec of black cherry, plum and violet, with pronounced wet‑stone/mineral and graphite notes. Firm limestone tannins, bright acidity, dense texture and a long saline finish.

Western: grilled steak, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, Peking duck, grilled shiitake mushrooms.
Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed; fermented in tronco‑conical concrete vats with indigenous yeasts; aged in a mix of concrete vats and French oak barrels.
