Tasting Note
Concentrated Malbec: dark berries, violets, graphite, orange peel, saline iodine and crushed-stone minerality. Ultra-fine tannins, vibrant acidity and chalky texture lead to a long, sapid finish with black-fruit and olive/tar nuances.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roast duck, beef empanadas, aged Manchego or blue cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, mushroom hotpot.

Grapes from a single 0.73 ha parcel; gravity-fed handling, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete and aging in concrete tanks; minimal intervention, bottled as a single-vineyard Malbec.
