Shipping Policy

At Anderson & Stone, we take great care in handling and delivering your precious wine selections. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure the safe and secure transportation of each bottle, maintaining the integrity of the flavors and aromas.

We offer temperature-controlled shipping to safeguard the quality of your wines. Key details of our shipping policy include:

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days from the date payment is received.

  • Delivery Fee: Free temperature-controlled delivery within Hong Kong.

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to residential, office, and event venues in Hong Kong. For bulk orders, delivery outside Hong Kong or specialized deliveries, please contact us directly.

 

Should any issues arise during delivery, we will work swiftly to resolve them and ensure your wines arrive in impeccable condition.

Broken Bottle Policy 

At Anderson and Stone, we take utmost care to ensure your wine arrives in pristine condition. However, if a bottle is broken during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide:

  1. A photo of the damaged bottle(s) and packaging.

  2. Your order number.

 

We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a credit for the broken item. Our goal is to ensure your experience remains seamless and enjoyable.

Corked Wine Policy 

We understand the disappointment of discovering a corked bottle. If this occurs, please notify us within 7 days of opening the wine. To process your claim, we kindly ask for:

  1. The bottle with at least two-thirds of the wine remaining.

  2. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

 

Once verified, we will provide a replacement bottle or store credit. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every sip.
