Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, black cherry and plum with graphite, cigar tobacco, cedar and alpine herbs; mineral salinity and roasted spice, silky fine-grained tannins and a long, precise finish.

Hand-harvested terraces vinified parcel-by-parcel; gravity-fed fermentation, malolactic in barrels and oxygen‑permeable stoneware jars; aged ~35% new French oak, older oak and stoneware, final blending at sea level.
