Tasting Note
Black cherry, red plum, floral and game notes with toasty oak, supple viscosity, fine savory tannins and a long, powerful finish. Complex, layered and mineral-driven.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, wild-yeast fermentation with short maceration; matured ~18 months in French oak barriques (portion new). Low-intervention viticulture, biodynamic practices.
