Tasting Note
Crisp citrus, green apple and white flowers with stone-fruit and hazelnut undertones. Creamy mid-palate, wet-stone minerality and saline, persistent finish tempered by bright acidity.

Western: roast chicken with herbs, lobster or prawns in butter, grilled salmon, creamy pasta with clams, Comté or triple-cream cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi (salmon), tempura, steamed fish with ginger & scallion, Cantonese steamed whole fish, Japanese miso-glazed fish.
Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; partial barrel fermentation (majority in used oak), ~20% new oak, élevage on lees with bâtonnage, some stainless-steel vinification; natural yeast fermentations, light fining and filtration.
Vineyard Info
Domaine Roulot, Meursault family estate since 1820. Jean‑Marc Roulot runs the domaine since 1989; organic from 1999 and biodynamic practices adopted later. Bourgogne Blanc sourced from village parcels around Meursault (~2.6 ha).
