Tasting Note
Rich dark ruby with aromas of blackcurrant, black cherry, plum, violet, vanilla, clove and ripe capsicum. Broad, concentrated palate with cocoa, textural tannins and a persistent, lengthy finish.

Production Method
Hand‑selected grapes; extended skin contact; malolactic fermentation in seasoned barrels; ~16 months aging in French oak (45% new, 25% 1‑yr, 30% 2‑yr); minimal filtration.
