Tasting Note
Deep ruby with cassis, blackberry, violet, tobacco, cedar and coffee. Full-bodied, lush texture, bright acidity and broad structure; silky, refined tannins and a long, precise, polished finish showing ripe black fruit, spice and minerality.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Bordeaux varieties; destemmed, fermented in stainless-steel with selected yeasts; partial malolactic in tank and barrique; aged ~18 months in French oak (majority new) before bottling.
