Tasting Note
Dark, vibrant ruby with layered aromas of blackberry, cassis, violet, ink, vanilla and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, dense palate with polished, coated tannins, bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan-style beef, Peking duck, char siu or miso-glazed dishes (pairs well with umami-rich flavors).

Hand-harvested; manual and optical sorting; small vertical presses; stainless-steel fermentation; 20 months in French oak barrels (≈73% new).
