Tasting Note
Intense ruby with black cherry, ripe plum, violet, Mediterranean herbs, dark chocolate, coffee and spice. Full-bodied, dense fruit, polished yet firm tannins, mineral core and long savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel with 16–18 day maceration and delestage; aged 18–24 months in new French oak barriques, followed by 12–14 months in bottle.
