Tasting Note
Mineral-driven with violets, crushed stone, black cherry, plum, cassis and subtle truffle notes. Medium–full body, firm yet polished tannins, silky texture and very long, savory finish with integrated toasty oak.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck confit, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, beef rendang, mushroom or soy-glazed dishes, Korean BBQ.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, traditional Bordeaux vinification with fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, extended maceration and élevage in French oak barrels (significant new oak influence).
