Bright red cherry and cranberry with plum, forest-floor and mushroom notes; silky, talc-like tannins, lively acidity, medium body and a long mineral-driven finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested estate fruit; organic since 1993 and biodynamic practices since 2002; minimal intervention, native yeast fermentations, gentle extraction and maturation in French oak.
