Tasting Note
Deep garnet color with cassis, wild blueberry, dark chocolate, violet and kirsch, underpinned by baking spice and earthy notes. Full-bodied, concentrated and opulent with fine-grained ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long, lively finish.

Production Method
Single-clone Cabernet harvested from BV Rutherford estate, fermented with cold-soak and gentle extraction, then matured in 100% new French oak with in‑barrel malolactic fermentation; limited-production bottling (~18–22 months aging).
