Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant/cassis, blackberry and violet with dark chocolate, cedar and baking spice. Full-bodied and plush with classic Rutherford “dust” tannins, bright acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast leg of lamb, beef short ribs, aged cheddar; Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi, bulgogi), Chinese red-braised beef, Cantonese char siu, Indonesian beef rendang.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; fermented with traditional red-wine techniques; aged ~22 months in French oak (≈90% new) prior to bottling.
