Tasting Note
Full-bodied Napa Cabernet: blackberry, dark plum and cassis with violet, black pepper, mocha, vanilla and baking-spice notes. Rutherford 'dust' tannins give cocoa-like texture, long perfumed finish and excellent ageworthiness.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, roast lamb, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Cantonese roast duck or char siu, rich Sichuan beef/black bean dishes.

Production Method
Fermented in a mix of French oak, stainless steel and concrete; extended skin contact; in‑barrel malolactic fermentation; aged 22 months in French oak (95% new); small Petit Verdot blended.
