Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis, blackberry and black cherry with graphite, cedar, tobacco and violet notes; spiced vanilla and dark chocolate on the palate. Silky, ultra‑fine yet firm tannins, bold structure and a long, mineral‑laced finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), hoisin‑glazed pork, spicy Sichuan beef.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested fruit; fermented in stainless steel and concrete with portions in new French oak; malolactic in barrel; aged ~20 months in ~95% new French oak.
