Tasting Note
Black cherry, blackberry and plum with graphite, espresso and licorice notes; medium–full body, velvety fine tannins, mineral spine and subtle toasted oak; long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit; cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation in stainless steel vats with some whole-berry; malolactic fermentation; aged ~16–18 months in French oak (≈50–60% new) and small amphorae.
