Tasting Note
Concentrated dark berry and plum fruit with violet and rose florals, graphite, licorice, cedar and saline mineral notes. Silky, building tannins, lively acidity and a very long, refined finish.

Roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses; Peking duck, char siu (roast pork), Korean BBQ short ribs, braised beef with soy and shiitake, miso-glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed fermentation in temperature-controlled vats; aged 12–18 months in French oak barrels (≈60–70% new); bottled after light fining.
