Tasting Note
Perfumed red and black fruits (Morello cherry, wild strawberry, blackberry) with limestone minerality, violet florals, spice and dark chocolate. Silky, medium–full palate, ripe satiny tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, duck confit, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, hoisin/char‑siu pork, Korean BBQ (galbi), beef with shiitake and oyster sauce.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; optical and manual sorting; thermo‑regulated concrete and stainless-steel vats; gentle, controlled maceration; aged 16–18 months in French oak (50% new).
