Tasting Note
Dense black-fruit core of blackberry and cassis with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, graphite, tobacco and sweet mint. Supple ripe tannins, opulent texture and a long, mocha-spiced finish. (max 50 words)

Western: grilled ribeye, lamb chops, beef short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, Peking duck, Sichuan pepper beef.

Production Method
Sourced primarily from mountain vineyards; fermented in stainless and small oak, aged ~18 months in new French oak, then bottled and cellared ~12 months before release.
