Tasting Note
Opaque purple with aromas of charcoal, crème de cassis, blackberry, chocolate and licorice. Full-bodied, dense dark fruit, polished yet muscular tannins and a long, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, prime rib, roast lamb, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), beef bulgogi, char siu, hoisin-glazed duck, spicy Szechuan beef.

Production Method
Fruit from select Napa vineyards vinified separately; tailored extraction and extended barrel aging in hand-selected, custom-toasted French oak (approx. 18–21 months) before final blending.
