Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis, black plum and blueberry with graphite, espresso and dark chocolate; cedar and sweet spice from oak. Full-bodied, layered palate with firm ripe tannins, dusty minerality and a long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Vineyard-designate 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Heart of the Hill; classic fermentation and élevage in a mix of new and used oak barrels (Bordeaux-style) with careful phenolic ripeness monitoring.
