Tasting Note
Dark cherry, plum and blackberry with violets, dried herbs, tobacco and mineral earth; fine-grained, firm tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested from old-vine parcels with multiple selective passes; fermented in stainless/wood, malolactic fermentation, aged 18–36 months in barriques/small oak before final blending.
