Earthy, spicy red-fruit: rhubarb, red plum, black cherry and raspberry with forest‑floor/savory notes; silky texture, fine tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Hand‑harvested; primarily destemmed with ~5% whole clusters; native open‑top fermentations with hand plunging; matured 15–17 months in French oak (≈25–35% new); minimal intervention, light filtration

Bindi (Dhillon family) estate — 170 ha property with ~7 ha planted to vines. Block 5 (planted 1992) is ~0.5 ha on quartz‑riddled soils; site produces darker, spicier, more structured Pinot. Practicing organic/sustainable viticulture.
