Tasting Note
Deep golden; waxy honey, brioche, citrus peel, mandarin and toasted nuts. Concentrated, creamy mousse with long candied lemon and honeyed finish (balanced acidity).

Production Method
Méthode traditionnelle (bottle-fermented), blended from multiple crus, extended lees ageing and low dosage (approx. 3–5 g/L). Magnum editions were produced in limited numbers.
