Tasting Note
Ripe citrus, toasted brioche, honeycomb and stone-fruit with subtle mushroom/earth notes. Full-bodied, satiny texture, bright acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Production Method
First-press juice, gravity-fed vinification, long lees ageing in magnum, low SO2, oak-aged dosage liqueur; disgorged after extended maturation.
