Tasting Note
Deep black-fruit core of blackberry, cassis and blueberry with forest-floor minerality, cedar, tobacco and menthol; densely structured, firm grainy tannins and a long, savory, truffle-tinged finish.

Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, venison; Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Peking duck, char siu, shiitake-miso dishes and umami-rich mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Hand-harvested single-vineyard Cabernet; small-lot fermentations, matured ~20–22 months in mostly new French oak barrels; bottled with minimal filtration.
