Tasting Note
Perfumed violet and dark-plum aromas with cassis, Morello cherry, blackberry and saline graphite minerality. Medium–full body, fine-grained dusty tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, precise finish with hints of dried herbs and cedar.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, venison, aged cheddar or gouda. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi or galbi), Cantonese roasted duck, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, or hearty Japanese sukiyaki.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, small-lot fermentations, aged ~20–22 months in predominantly new French oak; typically bottled with minimal fining/filtration for long-term aging.

BOND (founded by Bill Harlan/Bond Estates) crafts single‑vineyard Cabernet from five Napa sites. Quella is a 9‑acre, southwest‑facing Spring Valley hillside vineyard planted on cobble and tufa (volcanic ash). Limited-production, collector-focused wines.
