Brooding blackberry, cassis and baked blueberry with anise, bay leaf and forest‑floor minerality. Full-bodied, spicy and layered with ripe, structured tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Single‑vineyard Cabernet; native‑yeast fermentations in open‑top vessels, aged ~24–28 months in French oak (majority used oak), followed by bottle aging before release.
