Tasting Note
Evolved Bordeaux with ripe red cherry, cassis, cedar and graphite; menthol and floral lift. Medium-bodied, soft, silky tannins, notes of raspberry, chocolate and crushed stone; elegant, slightly tertiary character.

Roast lamb, beef tournedos, duck confit, mushroom risotto; Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, mushroom hotpot; aged hard cheeses.
Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: fermented in vats, matured in French oak barrels (approx. 12–18 months), blended and bottle-aged before release.
