Perfumed blackberry, blueberry and red-cherry fruit with pepper, aniseed and dried herbs; cedary savory oak, fine chalky tannins and a long, mineral-laced finish.

Roast lamb, grilled or braised beef, aged cheddar, duck confit; Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu pork, Sichuan-style eggplant, teriyaki beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, low-yield old-vine fruit; partially barrel-fermented and matured ~14 months in French and American oak (30–40% new); bottled under screw cap.
