Dense black-plum, blackberry and cassis with notes of clove, cedar, dark chocolate and tar. Plush, powerful palate with silky yet substantial tannins, warm alcohol presence and a long, spice-laced finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, slow-cooked oxtail, venison, beef short ribs. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, Sichuan pepper beef, miso-glazed dishes, rich teriyaki short ribs.

A collaboration between winemaker Chris Ringland and grower Adrian Hoffmann. Fruit from old Ebenezer vines (many 60–100+ years) in the Hoffmann family holdings; produced in small, limited parcels.
