Food Pairing: Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, mushroom ragù. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Chinese red-cooked beef, spicy Sichuan beef, Malaysian beef rendang, char siu.
Vineyard Info: Made by Chris Ringland from his Stone Chimney Creek (Randall’s Hill) vineyard. Dry‑grown, 1.4ha site purchased in 1994; Randall’s Hill is a parallel, small-production label to his Barossa Ranges wines.
Awards/Ratings: The Wine Advocate – 95 points (v. 2014). Small, allocation-only release; highly rated by critics and sought after by collectors
