Tasting Note
Concentrated blackberry and dark cherry with violet, truffle, graphite and dark chocolate. Seamless, layered and full-bodied with polished tannins, lively acidity and a long, perfumed finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, plot-by-plot vinification with gravity transfer; fermentation in temperature‑controlled stainless tanks; malolactic in barrels/tanks; ~18 months in new French oak.
