Tasting Note
Perfumed red and black fruits, violet and spring flowers, with chalky/mineral graphite and truffle notes. Silky texture, refined tannins, vibrant acidity and a long saline, citrus-tinged finish.

Roast lamb, beef tournedo, duck confit, mushroom risotto; Asian: Peking duck, Korean grilled short ribs (galbi), char siu pork, braised miso beef or shiitake-based dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, plot-based vinification in temperature-controlled stainless vats; gravity-fed cellar work. Aged 16–18 months in French oak (approx. 30–50% new), including large foudres.
