Tasting Note
Medium-bodied classic Haut-Médoc: red currant and plum, cedar and spice, hints of rose and graphite, bright acidity, silky tannins and a mineral, saline-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Roast beef, leg of lamb, mushroom risotto; Western-style hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), char siu or roast duck (Peking duck), grilled miso aubergine, beef stir-fries.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in stainless tanks with malolactic conversion; matured ~12 months in French oak (≈40% new). Estate follows HVE environmental practices.
