Tasting Note
Fresh red and black fruit (cherry, plum), floral lift, graphite and spice; medium–full-bodied with powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Harvested Sept 2022; vinified in inverted stainless-steel vats with pre-fermentation maceration, 1–3 week post-fermentation maceration; aged ~16 months in French oak (≈60% new).
