Tasting Note
Aromas of graphite, cedar, black and red currant, tobacco and dark chocolate. Medium–full-bodied with refined, firm tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish—elegant Pauillac character with plush black fruit and savory, cedar-tinged spice.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye steak, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu and Cantonese roast pork, Korean BBQ beef (bulgogi), rich mushroom or soy braised dishes (braised short ribs).

Production Method
Estate selection of Carruades plots; temperature-controlled fermentation with élevage of approximately 18–20 months in French oak barrels (c.10% new oak). Blended from selected lots and bottled after maturation.
