Tasting Note
Blackcurrant and blackberry center with pencil-lead/graphite, cedar, tobacco and mineral/tar notes. Full-bodied, chewy texture with fine, firm tannins and a saline, long finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, beef stews, aged hard cheeses (Comté, Manchego). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean barbecue (bulgogi), beef short ribs, shiitake/mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Estate-grown Bordeaux blend; fermented in stainless and oak vats, matured 18–20 months in French oak (approx. 10% new). Second‑wine selection from younger/selected plots.
