Tasting Note
Dark cherry and plum with cedar, graphite and floral (rose/lavender) notes; refined, fresh acidity, medium-plus body and polished tannins, long savory finish.

Western: roast lamb, ribeye steak, beef Wellington, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ, spicy Szechuan beef or braised beef dishes.

Production Method
