Tasting Note
Ripe blackcurrant and plum with cedar, tobacco, pencil-lead and earthy spice. Medium-full body, refined, paper-fine tannins and elegant structure with a long, savory finish.

Western: roasted lamb, entrecôte, beef stew, duck breast. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, umami mushroom hot pots.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: manual harvest, plot-by-plot selection, fermentation in stainless steel and oak vats, aged 16–20 months in oak barrels (portion new oak).
