Tasting Note
Savory, floral nose with black and blue fruits, pepper spice and limestone minerality. Concentrated palate of blackberry, cassis and dark chocolate with chalky, firm tannins, bright acidity and a long saline finish.

Production Method
100% Malbec; fermented in 225L oak barrels and 500L French oak roll-fermenters (16 days), 8–13 days maceration; aged ~24 months in French oak; low-yield parcel selection.
