Perfumed violets, blackberries and black olives with wet-stone minerality and spice; exuberant, plush fruit balanced by fine, chalky tannins and a long, precise finish.

Production Method
50% cold maceration with 50% whole-cluster; fermentation in 225L French oak barrels and 500L roll-fermentors; wild yeasts; 20 months in 1–2 year-old French oak.
