Tasting Note
Concentrated Malbec with blackberry, plum and violet aromatics, crushed river-stone minerality, black tea, licorice and dark chocolate. Fine, powdery tannins, vibrant acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Production Method
Cold maceration; 50% whole-cluster fermentation in 225L barrels and 500L French roll-fermenters; wild yeasts; 17–22 day ferment; aged 18–21 months in French oak (foudres and barrels).
