Tasting Note
Concentrated Malbec: violets, blackberry, wet stone/mineral, tobacco and saline notes; velvety, fine-grained tannins with a chalky texture and long, sapid finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, Argentine asado, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ, beef bulgogi, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki-glazed beef.

Production Method
Fermented in 225L oak barrels and 500L French oak fermenters (some vintages with partial whole-cluster); wild yeasts, ~15 day maceration and ~24 months ageing in French oak (vintage-dependent).
