Tasting Note
Mineral-driven Chardonnay: green apple, pear, lemon zest, jasmine and chalky crushed-stone minerality. Creamy mid-palate with salted-almond notes, vivid acidity and a long saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lobster with butter, roasted chicken, creamy pasta, seared scallops. Asian: sushi/sashimi, miso-glazed black cod, tempura, Thai green curry with fish, ginger-soy seafood dishes.

Production Method
Cold settling; fermentation in French oak barrels (45–95 days at ~16°C); partial malolactic, bâtonnage; aged 12–16 months in 2nd–4th use French oak; unfined and unfiltered.
