Tasting Note
Fresh red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petal, kirsch, mint, cinnamon, truffle and smoky mineral notes. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, fine yet persistent tannins and a long, savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted lamb, braised beef cheeks, beef with truffles, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean bulgogi, Sichuan-style beef, mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Organically grown Nebbiolo; traditional fermentation with extended maceration. Aged in barriques and large oak casks (combined ~18–24 months) before bottling.

Vineyard Info
Ceretto family estate (Alba) owns the Bernadot cru in Treiso (~4.8 ha). Single-vineyard Barbaresco produced since the 1990s; organically certified in the 2010s.
